29.11.09 Dusia's results
At the same time when we were showing in Turku, Dusia, Cheantake Double Date had a really tough show day with 3 shows on the run during the same day! There's nothing much to improve on the results, Dusia gained junior CAC's from all of the 3 shows and went BOB in each as well. Judges A. Zhuk, N.B.Sedyh and V. Alifrenko. With these results Dusia gained the tittle RUS JCH in one weekend and only at the age of 9 months and 6 days, outstanding! Thank you Lena, kennel Welkar, simply marvellous! :)

This year we participated to our "home show" with a gang of boys. Wilma & Sisu son Remu, Cheantake Double Whisky made his debut in the adult classes with an outstanding result JUN EXC1, BM-1 CAC, BOB! Unbelievable fine start for a youngster that is showing himself so great with almost no training. Championboys Sisu, FI, S, EST & LV CH, ESTJW-08 AXcium's American Idol CHAMP EXC1 and Totti, INT, NORD, FI, S, EST & LT CH, BALTJW-07, ESTW-08 Cheantake Axcium Addict CHAMP EXC3 and our veteran gentleman Manu, INT, NORD, FI, S, N, EST & LT CH, FinnSieger Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper VET EXC1, BOB-vet. Judge breed specialist Malgorzata Supronovic, Poland. Nora had also the honour of showing Mindy, Imbrez Weekend Special to best bitch and finished her FI CH-tittle. Congratulations Mikko & Niina and Heidi!
Thank you Terhi for your precious help by the ringside and Satu for showing Manu in the best male-competition. Thank you Jaana & Erik for taking so good care of Remu's coat and for nourishing his outstanding temperament!
At the same time Dusia, Cheantake Double Date was shown first time in junior class in Russia. She gained her first JUN CAC for RUS JCH-tittle (4 required) and went also BOB and BIS-3 junior! Judge Z.Bogdanova. Congratulations Lena and thank you so much!

Great news for the rainy day from our friend Lena, kennel Welkar. Dusia, Cheantake Double Date had a wonderful debute by winning BOB-puppy and went all the way to BIS2-puppy! Judge Tina Sulse. Dusia showed very well and happily, it is good to continue from there. Congratulations Lena, keep up the good work! Thank you for the lovely pictures!

We travelled to the beautifull city of Tarto with Sisu, Manu & Luke. On saturday the irish judge John Muldoon valued the quality of our dogs; Manu, MULTI CH, FinnSieger Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper VET EXC1, BOB-VET, BM-3, Sisu, FI, S & LV CH, ESTJW-08, FinnSieger Axcium's American Idol OPEN EXC1, BM-1 CAC, CACIB, BOB and Luke, FI CH Cheantake Best'N Original in a very short coat nicely CHAMP EXC1, BM-2 res-CACIB. With these results Manu finished his EST VCH-tittle and Sisu his EST CH-tittle! On sunday we had some nice results aswell, Sisu BM-2 res-CACIB and Luke BM-4, Manu had an earned day of after finishing his tittle on saturday. Judge Georgi Eftimov.

05.10.09 Sisu is now also LV CH!
We were in Latvia in June and on the first day Sisu gained CAC & CACIB. Finally we received his FI CH-diploma and applied the LV CH-tittle for him and Latvian Kennel Club that he has recieved it! Now his line of tittle looks following: FI, S & LV CH, ESTJW-08, FINNSIEGER Axcium's American Idol! :)

While Nora was on a short trip and Make was taking care of the dogs at home, Manu, MULTI CH Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper travelled to Seinäjoki international dogshow with our good friend Mikko, Team Imbrez. The years are getting close to nine and our gentleman is simply glowing, result VET EXC1, BOB-VET, BM-2! Judge Helene Björkman, Sweden.

03.10.09 SSPK specialty show
Schnauzer-Pinscher Organisations specialty show was held in Hyvinkää Dogsport Centre and our team participated there with Remu, Cheantake Double Whisky and Manu, MULTI CH Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper. This was Remu's debute show in puppy class, and not a bad start at all, he won 7-9 months puppies with HP. Manu convinced also todays judge with his attitude and great condition, he has a big heart and lots to tell! :) As a result BOB-vet, 2nd best male and as an iceing on a cake BIS-2 veteran! Breed & BIS-vet judge Jari Laakso, Finland.

23.09.09 Totti in agility competition
Totti, INT, NORD, FI, S, DK & EST CH, BALTJW'07 & ESTW-08 Cheantake Axcium Addict participated his first agility competition with his owner Taija. Agility Team Turku organized Taikaa Tassuissa, unofficial competition in their training in center in Lieto. Out of 21 paricipants Totti was placed 3rd in MEDI-class with 0-result 11,1 seconds under the max time. Great start, congratulations!

12.09.09 Cheantake & Imbrez fallmeeting
This falls meeting was held together with our friends from team Imbrez at our favorite place at the hunting cottage of Oripää. Long walk, blood tracking and nice time together. The day was a succes and we got to enjoy from a lovely warm weather during the day, despite the rain falls we we not made of sugar and spent the afternoon by blood tracking and going to sauna. Thank you all who came, it is so much fun to get together some many homebred dogs with their owners! :)

Remu, Cheantake Double Whisky participated a match show in Pori with his daddy Erik by winning the small breed puppies. Good exercise for the upcoming shown during the fall. Thank you Erik & Jaana!

Quick trip to our neighbour country Sweden. Who would have guessed that this day would become so memorable! Sisu,FI CH, ESTJW-08, FINNSIEGER Axcium's American Idol showed himself to OPEN 1/1 CK, BM-1 CAC CACIB, BOB, S CH and our grand old man Manu, INT, NORD, FI, S, N, EST & LT CH, FINNSIEGER WIlly Lee Osvald-Pepper VET 1/1 HP, BOB-vet! Judge Bojan Matakovic, Croatia.
After a few minutes of thinking we decided to take a chance of getting back to Stockholm in time and staid to the group-finals. Our goofy guy charmed the judge Viva Maria Soleckyj Szpunar with his super coat and lovely structure and she put Sisu up to win the whole group! Unfortunately we didn't have a chance tp stay for sundays BIS-final. But this was not all, the group competitions were going on so quickly that we decided to participate also to the BIS VETERAN-final. Manu again showed the best in him and our judge Carl-Gunnar Stafberg made him the BIS-veteran! What an unbelievable day! Thank you all the friend by the ringside and Mikko for great travelling company! e had the camera with us, but in the morning rush it was left in to the car...Thank you Boel Nicklasson for Argenta-kennel for the pics!

Otto, Cheantake Bass'N Rhytm showed himself nicely to OPEN ECX1, BM-2 CAC, with this result he finished his FI CH-tittle with the total of six shows. Sisu, FI CH, ESTJW-08, FINNSIEGER Axcium's American Idol shown for the first time in champion class with EXC3. Our grand old man Manu, INT, NORD, FI, S, N, EST & LT CH, FINNSIEGER Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper had a blast outside the ring and managed to behave himself very well in the ring with VET EXC1, BOB-VET, BM-3. Sisu, ESTJW-08 Axcium's American Idol had his 2 years birthday on tuesday and we headed towards Kouvola the last CAC in our wishes. Our judge Petter Fodstad was impressed about our Goofy-Guy, result OPEN EXC1, BM-1 CAC, BOB and thereby he finished his FI CH-tittle from the first attempt! Our sweet Penni, Mac Link's Just As I Am impressed in the bitches with result INTERMEDIATE EXC1, BB-1 CAC, BOS! What a day, it couldn't have gone better. We didn't stay for the group finals, cause we could hear our little peppers calling us at home.

Wilma's sons Otto, Cheantake Bass'N Rhytm and Jalo, Cheantake Beats'N Styles with Penni, Mac Link's Just As I Am tried their luck under Sergio Pizzorno from Uruguay. Otto started his show season with OPEN EXC2 and Jalo gave his last try from this coat with OPEN EXC1, BM-1 CAC CACIB, BOS! With this result he finished his FI CH-tittle! Our sweet Penni, nicely INTERMEDIATE EXC3, BB-4. Though competition, so we are very pleased with these results.
Overwhelming thanks to our good friend Mikko, team Imbrez, for showing Jalo in this show. Fantastic job with showing Jalo's outstanding movements and his show attitude! Also the judge was overwhelmed by Jalo's qualities asking where on earth we are getting those fabulous movements :). BIG THANKS to Jalo's personal trainers Outi & Antti for cherishing Jalo's perfect movements. Thank you Annamaria for lovely pics of our handsome new champion!

Minttu, Cheantake Double Delight has also had a summer full of new experiences. % months old lady had learned how to swim and now also had a canoo-ride during her trip to Lappland. Though the whole D-gand is energetic and goofy guys, they know how to take it easy and behave so well when needed, as you can see from the pic. Thank you Erja for the lovely pic!

Luke, FI CH Cheantake Best'N Original has enjoyed his summer by relaxing at the summer cottage and sun bathing in his own balcony after finishing his CH-tittle so easily with first attempt. Fanny, Cheantake Bitter'N Sweet has had a summer full of new experiences. First flight to Göteborg and then a long boat trip from there back home with family Suomela's new sailboat. Little miss took all the new experiences bravely and became a true sailor dog during this journey. Though how much fun it is, you need to get some sleep and why not do it in the deck! A very hot day to spend showing dogs, both dogs and handlers were pretty much exhausted cause of the weather. Luke, FI CH Cheantake Best'N Original were shown in champion class for the first time with a result EXC2, BM-3. Penni, Mac Links Just As I Am and her own "mommy" Terhi were training co-operation in the showrings with VG2. Judge Anders Tunold-Hansen, Norway.

26.06.09 Father & kids
Nora made a summertrip to Götebor with Douglaz & Pepsi. It was a delight to see such a happy reunion of Douglaz and his mommy Åsa! :) Nora also met 6 off Douglaz's promising puppies and we spent a lovely evening watching the youngsters and also little older ones to play. Few nice snapshots as memory, the most eye catching is propably the pic where Douglaz and 2 of her daughters run wildly, it is not too difficult to make the diffience whos the father and his daughters! :)

What a weekend! Cheantake-team were spread in to three different countries during the weekend and the results speaks for itself.
In Finland Terhi, Toni & Markku headed to Kotka INT-show. In a strict judging Jalo, Cheantake Beats'N Styles got GOOD and Pepsi, S CH, JWW-08 Mac Link's The Sound In Your Mind VG1. Judge Natalja Nekrosiene, Lithuania. Great thanks to Terhi for the first class conditioning and showing of our dogs!
In rainy Riga, Latvia Nora participated in to two international shows with Sisu, Douglaz and Missy. Strict judge also in Latvia on saturday. Missy, INT, AM, S, EST & LT CH, SW-08, ESW-08, WW-08, ESTW-09 Axcium's Miss America nicely BB-3 and our goofy guy Sisu, ESTJW-08 Axcium's American Idol "sold" himself to the judge with OPEN 1/1 CK, BM-1 CAC, CACIB, BOB! With this result Sisu also gaine a FinnSieger-point since the judge was a breeder, specialty judge Eva Liljeqvist-Borg from Sweden. The handler was also pleased with the nice critics about the grooming and showing scills. On sunday it was Douglaz's, NORDJW-08 Cheantake Bet'N Win, time to enter the ring and that he did with a style that he always shows, result OPEN 1/1 CK, BM-2 res-CACIB, today it was Missy's turn to please the judge and she went CHAMP 1/1 CK, BB-1 CAC, CACIB, BOS. With this result Missy finished her LV and BALTIC CH-tittles! Camera was forgotten home, so unfortunately no pictures from this trip. Thank you Satu, Nica, Pablo & Yuppi for the company, we surviwed! ;)
The most memorable results for the weekend achieved Taija & Totti, S, EST & FI CH, BALTJW'07, ESTW-08 Cheantake Axcium Addict in Vejen, Denmark.On saturday Totti got OPEN 1/1 CK, BM-1 CAC, CACIB, BOB, GROUP-4! Breed & group judge Nils Molin, Sweden. Ingredibly big congrats and thanks to Taija, we are so proud of you two! On sunday judge Niksa Lemo, Kroatia preferred more heavier type of dogs, the result for Totti was OPEN 1/4 CK.

The weekend continued with the dog shows, after quite a short sleep we headed our car towards Salo. Quick trip to Tallinn with Douglaz, NORDJW-08 Cheantake Bet'N Win and Missy, S, EST & LTU CH, SW-08, ESTW-08, WW-08 Axcium's Miss America. The day couldn't been better, Douglaz OPEN EXC1, BM-1 CAC CACIB, ESTW-09, BOB and Missy CHAMP EXC1, BB-1 CACIB, ESTW-09, BOS! Judge Birgitta Hasselgren, Sweden. With this result Missy gained the INT CH-tittle (waiting to be aproved by the FCI) at first attempt! Thank you Johanna for your help with Missy at the BOB-ring and congratulations on your Peppi's, Heathkeeper's Front'N Center, succes. Also gratulations to Satu's black & silvers, not a bad day at all for finnish dogs!

Exciting and memorable day! Our little miss Terttu, Cheantake Carpe Diem made her debute at the dog shows, in a unofficial puppy class though. Not a bad start, she showed herself nicely to BOB-puppy. Luke, Cheantake Best'N Original in the rings again for the first time after his 2 years birthday looking for the last finishing CAC for his FI CH-tittle. Result was from a very strict judge OPEN EXC1, BM-2 CAC and thereby he finished his FI CH-tittle from the first attempt! Our veteran gentleman Manu, MULTI CH Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper showed an example for the youngers with VET EXC1 BOB-vet, BM-1, BOS and BIS-3 veteran! Our lovely weekend guest Cola, Mac Link's This Is The Sound went all the way to BOB and finished her FI CH-tittle, as an iceing on a cake she went GROUP-2! We spent the Spring Day together with the Imbrez-crew, the dog massager Piipa Takala from RentoWuh came to teach us some anatomy and teached us to do safe excercises for our dogs. some of our team also took a walk after the lecture despite the rainy weather.
A really nice day, spending time together and a very interesting topic, what could be more nicer than that! Thank you Piipa and all of our team members who shared the day with us!

With the hopes of achieving FinnSieger-points we drove to Lahti to show our boys to Walter Shicker from Germany. Not a bad day at all, Sisu, ESTJW-08 Axcium's American Idol INTERM EXC1, BM-2 CAC, res-CACIB and Manu, INT, NORD, FIN, S, N, EST & LTU CH Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper VET EXC1 BOB-VET, BM-4! Both of our boy there by achieved the trickiest FinnSieger points with their class wins and Manu finished his FinnSieger-tittle. Thank you to Mr. Walter Shicker for this heart warming critic of our Manu:

11.04.09 Specialty show in Lappeenranta
A couple of show addicts... we drove all the way to Lappeenranta for the specialty show. Not a bad trip at all, Totti, S & EST CH, BALTJW'07, ESTW-08 Cheantake Axcium Addict CHAMP EXC2 and our older gentleman Manu, INT, NORD, FIN, S, N, EST & LTU CH Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper VETERAN EXC1, BOB-veteran, BM-1, BOB! In the BIS finals Manu swiped the table clean by winning BIS-Veteran and BIS! Breed- and BIS-vet judge Anatoli Zhuk, Belarussia and BIS-judge Maria Kavcic, Slovenia.
What a great day! Thank you all friends for sharing it with us! Manu definetly was enjoying it, good treats, mouse play and a date with his breeder, what could be nicer! Propably everybody at the show place heard tha happy get together with his breeder Irene, what a joy!

Markku and Taija made a quick trip to Estonia, to Rakvere national show. Not a bad trip at all, Totti, S CH, BALTJW'07, ESTW-08 Cheantake Axcium Addict won another champion tittle with a result CHAMP EXC1, BM-1 CAC, BOB! Judge Igor Zizevskis, Lithuania. There by Totti made again history to our breeding programme by being the first EST CH Cheantake-dog.

17.03.09 Puppygreetings
Wilma's & Sisu's puppies had their 3 weeks birthday on sunday. Four ladies and Remu are very lively and vigorous puppies, puppy pens walls started to feel a little low and they moved in to a bigger pen on thursday. The first vermicides and minced meats have been tasted and the fab five is going on full speed. When you play a lot, you'll get also tired, Remu gives you an good example how big mouth a small puppy has. :)
15.03.09 Tampere INT Show
We participated the Tampere International show with two males. Totti, Cheantake Axcium Addict made a nice result for the first time in champion class with EXC1 and BM-3 res-CACIB. Otto, Cheantake Bass´N Rhytm had a great day despite already a little long coat, INTERMEDIATE EXC1, BM-1, CAC, CACIB and all the way to BOB! Not a bad result from his second show ever. Our grand old man Manu, Willy Lee Osvald-Pepper had a little visit to the grooming table. Must say that this 8 year old guy is in awesome condition, most likely you will meet him in the veteran-rings this year...

A bunch of our team has gotten excited about agility and had a training session together guided by Emil's mommy Maarit. Very excited crowd and several great performances! Also our little Terttu came to see what it's all about, but still need to wait a bit to start the actual training.
Thank you Fanny & Emmi, Penni & Terhi and Totti & Taija, you all work so well with your doggies! The biggest thanks of course to Maarit, absolutely fabulous training!
Finnish Miniature Schnauzer Club awarded the most succesfull minis for the year 2008. Three Cheantake-dogs were ranked in to the TOP10 in salt & pepper males in show-category. Runner up in second place was nicely Totti, C. Axcium Addict and the brothers Luke, C. Best'N Original and Jalo, C. Beats'N Styles were on the 8th and 9th places. In salt & pepper bitches our queen Wilma, BånnGass Whisky Sour was placed 2nd.

Penni, Maclink's Just As I Am and Terhi have started a new hobby, agility. Penni seems to be very excited and enthusiastic about her new hobby. Looking forward to follow up on her progress.
